Understanding Your Analytics & Reports

Updated February 13, 2026

Analytics Overview

The Analytics page provides deep insights into your review performance. Use it to track trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.

The review trends chart shows your daily, weekly, or monthly review volume over time. Toggle between time periods using the selector. Look for:

  • Upward trends — Your campaigns are working
  • Spikes — Correlate with specific campaigns or events
  • Dips — May indicate a need to ramp up review requests

Sentiment Analysis

RatingsRise uses AI to analyze the sentiment of every review. The sentiment breakdown shows:

  • Positive — Reviews expressing satisfaction and praise
  • Neutral — Factual or mixed-feeling reviews
  • Negative — Reviews expressing dissatisfaction or complaints

The donut chart provides a visual ratio, while the trend line shows how sentiment has changed over time.

Review Heatmap

The heatmap shows which days of the week and times of day your reviews are posted. This can help you time your review requests for maximum impact.

Source & Method Performance

Track which review request methods (SMS, email, QR code, direct link) are generating the most reviews. Use this data to double down on your highest- performing channel.

Star Rating Distribution

See a breakdown of your reviews by star rating (1 through 5). A healthy profile typically has 80%+ of reviews at 4 or 5 stars.

Exporting Reports

Click the Export button to download your analytics data as a CSV file for further analysis or reporting to stakeholders.

Tip: Check your analytics at least once a week. Consistent monitoring helps you catch negative trends early and adjust your strategy.
