The Reviews Inbox
The Reviews page is your central hub for all Google reviews across every connected location. Reviews appear in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top.
Filtering Reviews
Use the filter bar at the top to narrow down reviews by:
- Star rating — Show only 1-star, 2-star, etc.
- Reply status — Unreplied, replied, or all
- Date range — Custom start and end dates
- Location — Filter by a specific connected location (multi-location accounts)
Searching Reviews
The search bar lets you find reviews by keyword. This is useful when you want to find all reviews mentioning a specific product, service, or staff member.
Review Cards
Each review card displays:
- Reviewer name and profile photo
- Star rating (color-coded: green for 4-5, yellow for 3, red for 1-2)
- Review text (expandable if long)
- Date posted
- Your reply (if any), or a Reply button
- Sentiment badge (Positive, Neutral, Negative) powered by AI analysis
Bulk Actions
Select multiple reviews using the checkboxes to perform bulk actions:
- Mark as read — Clear the "new" indicator
- Export — Download selected reviews as a CSV file
Tip: On mobile, you can swipe right on a review card to
quickly open the reply dialog, or swipe left to archive it.
