Replying to Reviews with AI Assistance

Why Reply to Every Review?

Responding to reviews shows customers you care and signals to Google that your profile is active. Businesses that respond to reviews receive an average of 12% more new reviews. RatingsRise makes it fast with AI-generated reply drafts.

How to Reply Manually

  1. Navigate to Reviews in the sidebar.
  2. Find the review you want to reply to and click the Reply button.
  3. Type your response in the text area.
  4. Click Post Reply to publish it to Google.

Using the AI Reply Assistant

Instead of writing from scratch, click Generate AI Reply in the reply dialog. The AI analyzes the review's sentiment, context, and content, then drafts a personalized response in your brand's voice.

  1. Click Reply on any review card.
  2. Click Generate AI Reply (the sparkle icon).
  3. Review the generated draft. Edit it if needed.
  4. Click Post Reply to publish.

Customizing AI Voice

You can control the tone and style of AI-generated replies in Settings → AI Voice. Options include:

  • Tone — Professional, friendly, casual, or formal
  • Business context — Tell the AI about your business so it can reference specifics
  • Signature — Automatically append your name or business name

Replying While Offline

If you lose internet connectivity while composing a reply, RatingsRise automatically saves it to your device. When you reconnect, the reply is posted automatically and you will receive a confirmation toast.

Tip: Set up push notifications to get alerted the moment a new review comes in, so you can respond quickly.
