Customizing AI Voice & Branding

AI Voice Settings

Navigate to Settings → AI Voice to customize how the AI Reply Assistant communicates on your behalf. Getting this right ensures every AI-generated reply sounds authentically like your business.

Tone Selection

Choose a tone that matches your brand personality:

  • Professional — Polished and corporate. Best for law firms, medical practices, B2B services.
  • Friendly — Warm and approachable. Great for restaurants, retail, salons.
  • Casual — Relaxed and conversational. Ideal for cafes, gyms, creative agencies.
  • Formal — Reserved and respectful. Suited for financial services, government.

Business Context

Provide the AI with context about your business so it can reference specific details in replies. For example:

"We are a family-owned Italian restaurant in downtown Portland. We are known for our handmade pasta and wood-fired pizzas. We have been in business since 2005."

The more context you provide, the more personalized and relevant the AI's replies will be.

Reply Signature

Set a signature that is automatically appended to every AI-generated reply:

  • Your name (e.g., "— Maria, Owner")
  • Your business name (e.g., "— The Portland Pasta House Team")
  • Or leave blank for no signature

Branding Settings

Go to Settings → Branding to customize the look of customer-facing pages (review request landing pages, feedback forms):

  • Logo — Upload your business logo
  • Brand color — Set a primary color used on buttons and accents
  • Custom domain — Use your own domain for review request links (Enterprise plan)
Tip: Preview your changes using the "Send Test" feature before going live. This lets you see exactly what customers will experience.
