Managing Multiple Locations

Multi-Location Support

RatingsRise supports multiple business locations from a single account. Each location has its own Google Business Profile connection, review inbox, and analytics. This is ideal for franchises, multi-office practices, and businesses with several branches.

Adding a New Location

  1. Go to Locations in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add Location.
  3. Connect the Google Business Profile for the new location (see Connecting Your Google Business Profile).
  4. Configure the location's name, address, and time zone.

Switching Between Locations

Use the location switcher in the top of the sidebar to change which location you are viewing. All pages — reviews, analytics, campaigns, and customers — update to reflect the selected location.

Location Overview

The Locations → Overview page shows a comparison view of all your locations side by side, including:

  • Total reviews per location
  • Average rating per location
  • Review velocity (new reviews this month)
  • Response rate

Location-Specific Settings

Each location can have its own:

  • Review request templates
  • SMS sender phone number
  • Branding (logo, colors) for review request landing pages
  • AI voice tone and business context
Note: Multi-location support is available on the Business and Enterprise plans. The Starter plan supports a single location.
