Billing & Subscription Management

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current subscription plan, billing cycle, and next payment date. The page also displays your usage metrics (review requests sent, locations connected) relative to your plan limits.

Upgrading or Downgrading

Click Change Plan to view all available plans. Select the plan you want and confirm. Changes take effect immediately:

  • Upgrading: You gain access to new features right away. The cost difference is prorated for the current billing period.
  • Downgrading: Your current features remain active until the end of the billing period, then switch to the lower plan.

Updating Payment Method

  1. On the Billing page, click Update Payment Method.
  2. Enter your new card details.
  3. Click Save.

RatingsRise uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We never store your full card number on our servers.

Invoices

All past invoices are available on the Billing page. Click any invoice to view or download it as a PDF. Invoices are generated automatically at each billing cycle.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription expires, after which it may be deleted.
