Understanding Your Dashboard

Updated February 12, 2026

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your online reputation and review collection performance.

Key Metrics Cards

At the top of the dashboard you will find four metric cards:

  • Total Reviews — The cumulative number of Google reviews across all connected locations.
  • Average Rating — Your current average star rating, calculated from all reviews.
  • Reviews This Month — How many new reviews you have received in the current calendar month.
  • Response Rate — The percentage of reviews you have replied to. Aim for 100%.

Review Activity Chart

Below the metric cards, the review activity chart shows your daily or weekly review volume over the selected time period. Use the date range selector to zoom in on a specific window. This chart helps you spot trends, seasonal patterns, and the impact of campaigns.

Recent Reviews

The right side of the dashboard lists your most recent reviews with the reviewer's name, star rating, and a snippet of the review text. Click any review to expand it and reply directly from the dashboard.

Quick Actions

The dashboard provides quick-action buttons to:

  • Send a new review request
  • View all reviews
  • Create a campaign
  • Check analytics
Tip: On mobile, the dashboard is optimized for a single-column layout. Use the bottom navigation bar to quickly jump between sections.
