Getting Started with RatingsRise

Welcome to RatingsRise

RatingsRise helps local businesses collect authentic Google reviews automatically through SMS, email, and QR codes. This guide walks you through the first steps to get up and running in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit ratingsrise.com/register and sign up with your email address or Google account. You will be taken directly to the onboarding wizard after signing up.

Step 2: Add Your Business

During onboarding, enter your business name and connect your Google Business Profile. RatingsRise uses this connection to monitor incoming reviews and display them in your dashboard. See Connecting Your Google Business Profile for detailed instructions.

Step 3: Import or Add Customers

Navigate to Customers in the sidebar. You can add customers manually, import a CSV file, or let RatingsRise collect them automatically when you send review requests. Each customer record stores their name, email, phone number, and tags for easy filtering.

Step 4: Send Your First Review Request

Go to Get Reviews → Send in the sidebar. Select one or more customers, choose SMS or email as the delivery method, customize your message if desired, and click Send. Your customers will receive a friendly message with a direct link to leave a Google review.

Step 5: Monitor Your Reviews

As reviews come in, they appear in real time on your Reviews page. You can filter by star rating, reply status, and date. Use the AI Reply Assistant to draft responses in seconds.
